NTU Project Officer Position

Prof Loh Teck Peng is currently seeking for a Project Officer to join him in his research group and to assist him on his research matters. The job scope as below:

 

·        Grant management which includes application, monitoring progression, preparing reports, submit claims, handle auditors, manpower recruitment, patent submission, etc

·        Assist in chemicals, asset and consumables stocktaking

·        Housekeeping and maintenance on equipment and asset

·        Contact vendors for purchasing, repairing and disposal of chemicals and equipment

·        Safety matters in the lab

·        and other duties as assigned

**(Training will be provide for the job scopes as above)

 

Candidate should be:

·        Holding a local polytechnic certificate

·        Meticulous and don’t mind paper work

·        Able to work in a fast pace environment

·        Patient

·        Excellent in Microsoft office skills such as Word and Excel
