Sales Administrator
Job Requirement(s):
Science-related Diploma with 1-2 years of working experience / GCE "0" or "A" Level with minimum 5 years working experience
Speak fluent English and Mandarin as need to liase with mandarin speaking clients
Proficient in MS Word/Excel/Outlook
Sales experience in scientific industry will be an advantage.

Willing to learn and be a fast-learner
Able to multi-task and handle things efficiently
Warm personality with great interpersonal and communication skills
Exhibit high levels of integrity
Must possess good team player qualities
Enthusiastic, self-motivated and target driven
Possess good coordination & organizational skills
Job Description(s):
Perform order management duties on an accurate and timely basis of order entry and includes monitoring and conveying internal communication between sales and warehouse department (Internal Memo)
Maintain proper update and filing of orders
Provide admin support to the sales team
Carry out any other general duties as required
Location: West – Penjuru Place (5-day work week)
