Responsibilities:
· To perform west chemistry, chromatographic and NIR analysis

As R&D Technologist
Responsibilities:
- Implement laboratory scale production capability of fragrance encapsulates in Singapore R&D Centre and support supply of the samples to affiliates
- Maintain sufficient stocks of capsules to support internal and external client requests
- Liaise with suppliers of chemicals/equipment/instruments needed for laboratory scale production of fragrance encapsulates
- Work with R&D colleagues to prepare internal and external encapsulation technology promotion kits
- Trouble shooting expertise in issues related to encapsulation reactions
- Liaise with global R&D team for updates regarding new capsules chemistry and implement the same in Singapore R&D centre
- Liaise with internal / external production team / company for enabling successful commercial production of capsules
Preferred someone has min. 2-3 years experience in Polymerisation working experience.
As QC Supervisor & QC Manager
- Overall responsible for the effective and efficient operations of the Flavour QA/QC Laboratory and functions.
- Lead and manage a team of QC Analysts and Technicians to ensure that our finished products meet quality standards and our raw materials used meet our requirements and quality standards.
- Investigate, determine and manage quality non-conformances, including root causes, preventive actions and follow ups.
- Identify and coordinate the appropriate resources necessary to resolve quality issues raised by the Customers.
- Respond to all Customer complaints on any quality issues in a timely manner and ensure that all issues raised are satisfactorily resolved.
- Manage stock inventory and maintenance & use of QC Laboratory apparatus, supplies and analytical equipment.
- Ensure good housekeeping and safety management of the QC Laboratory.
- Maintain and ensure documentation and procedures meet FSSC 22000, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001 Standards, including all religious standards and requirements, such as Halal and Kosher.
- Issuance of various in-house quality compliance documents such product specification, Certificate of Acceptance for products, Customer Specification Form, Customer Quality Management System Survey, etc.
- Continuously review and revise to improve testing procedures and process work flow of QA/QC Laboratory functions.
For Manager role, candidates are required to have management experiences in their current role.
