We are seeking qualified and highly motivated individuals for the following positions:
Marketing Co-ordination cum Sales Support Executive
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellence in customer service and a first place of contact for client inquiries and concerns
- Prepare sales quotations for customers, tender documents or contracts
- Maintaining customer records
- Assist the Marketing team with various activities, eg. Trade Shows, Mass Mailings
- Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
- Perform all other job related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a professional certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any discipline
- At least 1 year experience in customer and sales support will be beneficial
- Customer oriented
- Organized, good coordination & follow-up skills
- Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, Access) and Adobe Photoshop
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
