About the Jobs
- 1. Analytical Chemists
Job Scope:
Develop, validate and conduct analyses on Inhalation formulation sand drug products, including product clearance through Phase 3. They generate and monitor stability data to support formulation, process development and clinical studies. They also support post – approval product, raw material k component or method changes. Analysis may also involve identification of unknowns and trace level quantification.
- · Test formulation to support formulation development
· Develop, validate and cross over assays
· Conduct quantitative analysis of drug product content and through life dosing medication delivery
· Provide evaluation of stability samples, design of experiments samples, process and product understanding samples and solubility samples
· Develop and validate cleaning verification analyses
· Create formal method documents and validation protocols and summarize data in technical reports
· Clear toxicology (GLP or non) and clinical supplies ( cGMP)
· Troubleshoot and or coordinate troubleshooting product or raw material issues
· Perform chemical testing as needed
· Quantitative analyses of drug product content, and though life dosing, aerodynamic particle size distribution to support trouble shooting work, method improvement or posit approval changes
· Conduct experiment to support responding to FDA comments or deficiency letters
· Author protocol and summary report detailing experimental work and results in support of above activities.
- 2. Formulation Chemists
Develop inhalation and transdermal product formulations, including product clearance through Phase 3.
- · Formulation development
· Provide evaluation of stability samples, design of experiments samples, process and product understanding samples and solubility samples.
· Develop and validate cleaning verification analyses
· Create formal method documents and validation protocols and summarize data in technical reports
· Clear toxicology (GLP or non) and clinical supplies ( cGMP)
· Troubleshoot and or coordinate troubleshooting product or raw material issues
· Perform chemical testing as needed
· Conduct experiment to support responding to FDA comments or deficiency letters
· Author protocol and summary report detailing experimental work and results in support of above activities.
- Requirements :
- 1. BS or MS degree in Chemistry/Chemical engineering/Pharmaceutical with at least 1 year relevant experience in the formulation of compounds
2. Experience in drug delivery is a plus.
3. Experience in design of experiments is preferred
4. Candidates with experience in NGI/ACI/DCU are preferred
Leave / Holiday
· 14 leave days ; 14 sick leave days (accompanied by MC)
Hospitalization
· After 6 months of employment an employee can receive 46 days of hospitalization.
Bereavement
· Employees are entitled to 3 days leave in the even of the demise of an immediate family member including in-laws.
· Employees will receive 4 days if out side of SG
Child leave
· Follow guidelines as laid out by MOM based on length of service
