A rapidly growing organization, we are looking for a TESTS SERVICES ANALYST, to join us in this exciting phase.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry or equivalent
- Minimum 2 year hands-on working laboratory experience
- Good analytical skill, self-motivated and good team player.
- Good report writing and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Perform clean-room environmental monitoring, water testing, chemistry analysis and microbiological testing as per current Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for clients and in-house quality control
- Work with test analyst team to develop new procedures for services
- Participate in method validation and equipment qualification
- Write Standard Operating Procedures, Protocols etc.
- Ensure continuous improvement for laboratory activities and operations
- Conduct Training on SOPs pertaining to equipment operation, test methods and general laboratory operation
