Across Singapore Responsibilities: - Provide excellence in customer service and a first place of contact for client inquiries and concerns
- Prepare sales quotations for customers, tender documents/contracts and administrative support to sales team
- Maintaining customer records
- Assist the Marketing and Service team with various activities, eg. Trade Shows, Mass Mailings, etc.
- Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
- Perform all other job related duties as assigned
Requirements: - Candidate must possess at least a professional certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, preferably in Life Science, Material Science or related Science discipline
- Customer oriented
- Organized, good coordination & follow-up skills.
- Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, Access) and Adobe Photoshop
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
