Position 1: Quality Control Technician Company: Prime Evolue Singapore Pte. Ltd Working location: Tembusu Crescent, Jurong Island Number of vacancies: 1   Reporting to the Executive, Quality Control, this position will handle daily product control quality testing to ensure compliance with company quality standards, specifications and customers’ requirements.   Responsibilities ·       Conduct quality control test of production samples prior to final packaging and delivery ·       Assist in product development work and preparation of product samples for external testing and for sales & marketing requirements ·       Handle routine laboratory maintenance tasks including safety and housekeeping ·       Order laboratory materials and perform data entry of quality control results ·       Ensure proper documentation of laboratory work and quality control records Requirements ·       Diploma in Chemical Engineering or Chemical-related discipline. ·       Entry level candidates or candidates with one year relevant experience are welcome to apply. ·       Good team player, self-driven and meticulous ·       Good communication and interpersonal skills ·       Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word ·       Able to perform overtime work

Position 2: Laboratory Technician Company: Mitsui Elastomers Singapore Pte Ltd Working location: Ayer Merbau, Jurong Island Number of vacancies: 2   Reporting to the Laboratory Supervisor, this position will perform all Laboratory testing and ad-hoc analyses in the manufacture of Alpha-Olefin Copolymers, namely TAFMERTM & EPR products.   Responsibilities ·       Perform daily shipment and non-routine analyses on in-process and finished products ·       Perform instrument calibration and ensure that laboratory equipment are properly maintained in accordance to approved SOPs and in good working condition ·       Adhere to safe work procedures when performing testing & analyses ·       Carry out documentation control and ensure good housekeeping is maintained in the Laboratory ·       Provide support and undertake all other assignments as and when directed by immediate superior   Requirements ·       Diploma in Chemical Process Technology ·       Entry level candidates are welcome ·       Self-motivated, multi-tasking, independent and resourceful ·       Team player with good communication skills ·       Proficient in Microsoft Office applications ·       Willing to perform shift work ·       Able to perform overtime work when needed
